Cancellation Policy
At Mayleen Herrera Beauty Studio, we are committed to providing the best service to every client. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 25% of the service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled to keep our schedule on track. No-shows will also result in a 25% service charge to the card on file. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible in such cases, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
